DETERMINATION OF STANDARD GRAPE VARIETIES IN GAZIANTEP, SANLIURFA, ADIYAMAN, KAHRMANMARAS.

Objective
The objective of this study was to evaluate the areas of widespread vineyards, yield and properties of quality, synonyms for all grape varieties, and to select of high quality grape varieties which could be productive during different maturation periods under regional conditions and to plant closed vineyards using these varieties.
Materials and Methods
The collected 41 grape varieties from Gaziantep, Sanliurfa, Adiyaman, and Kahrmanmaras were used to plant vineyard. Ampelographs, phenolologic observations and pomologic properties of these varieties were examined.
Results
The results of evaluation of properties of all varieties showed that Deve gozu (white), Bal Uzumu (white) and Paf (white) for table, Deve guzu (white), Bal üzumu (white), Kizlartahtasi (white), Rumi (white), Tumbu (black), Timbo (black), and Sekeri (white) for raisin wine, Rumi (white), Dimiski (white), and Sergikarasi (black) for dried grapes had high properties and these varieties could be used for plantation closed vineyards.
